The objective was to gather and source 100 design references, organize them alphabetically, and publish them.
There were two problems that I encountered with this project: defining the word "design" and figuring out how to house the references.
Instead of defining "design", I simply defined the word "source." As a designer, there are many sources of inspiration that influence my design practice. So I organized each source into three categories: People, Places, and Things.
I alphabetized each source, placed them in their respected category, and published three books with the shared title: The Design Reference.
